- ¾ oz. Lime juice
- ¾ oz. Cranberry-rosemary syrup
- ½ oz. St. George spiced pear liqueur

- 15 oz. can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- 15 oz. pineapple juice

- Place strawberries in a separate bowl and set aside.
- Rinse the blender and combine Coco Lopez, pineapple juice, ice, and half and half; blend until smooth.

- For a purple colour, add blueberries or use food colouring (2 red:1 blue ratio).
- An alcoholic alternative is using Amaro Nonino in place of Ghia.
