Time To Travel
The pandemic was ending & employees had the travel bug. Trip itineraries were top of mind and it was time to explore the world. With Love From Paris was introduced!
With Love From Paris was held in an empty train station with 20,000 square feet of available event space, that was transformed into the most enchanting and romantic streets of Paris during the holidays.
Upon arrival, guests were transported to the heart of Paris, with the Eiffel Tower as the focal point surrounded by historic monuments, Parisian cafés, and a snow-covered park. It was truly an immersive experience like no other!
The Streets of Paris
The streets of Paris were bustling with activity, as guests immersed themselves in the magical atmosphere. They explored the iconic monuments, savoured the delicious French cuisine, and mingled around the cafés, soaking up the relaxed Parisian way of life. The event was a testament to the creativity and ingenuity of the event team behind it, who never lost sight of their client’s key objective – “design an event that transports guests to an iconic destination”.
A myriad of uniquely, engaging activities were provided for guests to enjoy. A Paint-by-Numbers activation encouraged guests to work together to complete a stunning mural of Paris, which would hang in the client’s office, creating a lasting event memory. The French Casino façade led guests into a buzzing casino tent that offered a range of gambling tables and entertainment.

Overall, the event was an absolute triumph! The team’s unwavering commitment to delivering an unforgettable experience reinforcing the client’s culture, was evident in every detail, from the intricate and elaborate façade designs to the carefully curated activities that kept guests entertained throughout the night. It was an event that will be remembered fondly for years to come; a true celebration of the spirit of travel and the joy of the holiday season.
On May 03, 2023, at the CSE Awards in Toronto, “With Love From Paris” was nominated in three categories, capturing the award for Best Event Design/ Decor $50,000 – $150,000 in a category of nine finalists.
