“This event was a majestic example of creativity! The cirque performers and fire juggler were outstanding. The décor transported guests into a world of glamour and magic. The menu showcased a variety of unique elements and my favourite was the Ice Slot Machine which dispensed tiger prawns. The main attraction by far, was the 40′ long Roller Coaster Ice Bar complete with 8 bartenders. Overall, this event was flawless.”

We will work with you in the pre-event stage – planning the theme, décor, menu, agenda, floor plan, guest gifts, etc. We then take care of all vendor contracts, permits, insurance, and ensure all of the details are looked after. On the night of the event, you’ll get to relax and enjoy yourself while we take care of all of the event production.
How do you charge for your service?
It sounds like a cliché but it is so true. Each project is unique. It is impossible to put a blanket “price tag” on our services. We sit down with you during our one hour complimentary consultation and assess the complexity of your event. We also assess what role your company is taking in the planning process. Once we get an idea of our involvement on the project, we can provide you with an event production estimate for our services.
What types of services do you provide?
We find the venue, suggest an appropriate theme, and help you establish your time line (agenda). We also offer themed menu choices, draw the floor plan to determine the most efficient use of the space, hire the photographer, security, support staff… the list goes on and on. We do it all. That’s why people love our services!
