Best Micro Event – Masks and Merriment

‘Masks & Merriment’ was created to solve these problems: how do you host a Holiday Event for an entire office but observe pandemic gathering limits, as well as physical distancing requirements; and how to do this outside in the middle of winter with its short, cold days? Why, you send guests on a rotating circuit of activities, all connected by a traditional horse-drawn carriage ride with jingle bells ringing all the way, of course! What else!? Add festive drinks and Charitable Giving inside two warm and inviting venues, and this pandemic event was not only creative, it was really fun!

Best Virtual Corporate Event Under $100,000

To implement our well-laid plans, our decision-making mantra “Masks & Merriment” was broadened to not only include requirements for fun & inclusivity adapted for COVID-safey, but also to plan for the inevitable challenges of an event with so many moving parts. In addition to the solutions we had to find to achieve our client’s objectives, we also had to find solutions to the weather, to recruitment challenges experienced by an industry just restaffing after long-term work stoppages & the inevitability of guests or suppliers not following instructions!

Winners will be announced in October at the Gala in Toronto.
