With 25 years in the business, Bright Ideas Event Coordinators Ltd. has tackled a wide variety of projects, from intimate parties of 25 guests to large-scale historical military events for 250,000 people. We have done it all!
Our main focus is events for businesses – Business Conferences year round, Holiday Parties in winter, Employee & Client Appreciation Events in the summer, and themed Corporate events year-round. We also work with private clients on a consultation basis when they need coordination expertise to ensure their guests enjoy a truly special event, whether it’s a private charitable fund-raiser, art gallery opening, or wedding to remember. Why should I hire Bright Ideas?
The best reason is so that you can enjoy your event, stress free. We will work with you in the pre-event stage – planning the theme, décor, menu, agenda, floor plan, guest gifts, etc. We then take care of all vendor contracts, permits, insurance, and ensure all of the details are looked after. On the night of the event, you’ll get to relax and enjoy yourself while we take care of all of the event production.
How do you charge for your service?
It sounds like a cliché but it is so true. Each project is unique. It is impossible to put a blanket “price tag” on our services. We sit down with you during our one hour complimentary consultation and assess the complexity of your event. We also assess what role your company is taking in the planning process. Once we get an idea of our involvement on the project, we can provide you with an event production estimate for our services.
What types of services do you provide?
We find the venue, suggest an appropriate theme, and help you establish your time line (agenda). We also offer themed menu choices, draw the floor plan to determine the most efficient use of the space, hire the photographer, security, support staff… the list goes on and on. We do it all. That’s why people love our services!
